Shipping
We
can ship to nearly any
address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some
products and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We
offer many Freight Prepaid Programs (FPP) otherwise the customer is
responsible for all shipping charges. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates
for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options
you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you may choose, we
will work with you to obtain the most competitive shipping rate through
our vendors.
Basic
Shipping Policies

Shipping charges are
based on weight of the package, dimensions, destination and shipping
time.

All shipments are to be considered FOB Seattle (Redmond), WA
unless otherwise stated.

We will gladly
provide you with an estimate of the shipping charge upon request,
however fuel charges may apply and the actual charge is subject to
change once the order has been placed.

We offer next day,
second day and ground small package shipments. Our standard shipping method for items under 100lbs is UPS, but we
have the ability to ship with most major carriers upon request.

Next day deliveries
are NOT available to every address, such as residential, rural and
certain suburbs. If you require your order next day, please
ask customer service if it is available.

Orders placed with our
staff by 2:00PM (PST) can be shipped out the same business day.
-
Saturday deliveries
outside the U.S. are NOT guaranteed.

Shipping to AK, HI
and Puerto Rico are subject to different shipping methods.

Larger and equipment
orders will ship on a pallet vial LTL (less than truck load.)
Should you have an account with a shipping vendor please provide us
with your account information and we will gladly ship collect.

All claims for
shortages in shipments must be reported to customer service within
48 hours of receiving the goods to be honored.

For customers with international billing or shipping credentials,
we require orders to be paid for in FULL via direct wire transfer
only!
- Large Tooling, Machine and Special Orders will be
only be processed after full payment has been received.
International Shipping
-
All shipments
leaving the U.S. must pass through customs in the country of
destination.
-
These goods will be
accompanied by proper documentation.
-
We are not
responsible for applicable duties or taxes upon destination.
-
We not not
responsible for shipment delayed by Customs Services or any other
shipping party.
Damaged Shipments
All
packages and crates are thoroughly inspected by our staff prior to
shipping. Great effort is made on our side to ensure that all
shipments are damage proof before leaving our facility.
Therefore, we declare that it is each customer’s responsibility to
carefully check all their shipments upon arrival to be absolutely sure
that their goods are intact prior to accepting and signing the
liability release form. In the event that any significant damage
is discovered, the customer must get the driver to sign an
acknowledgement of the observed damage, reject the delivery, mark it
"return to sender", and contact us immediately! If the
customer neglects to check the condition of their shipment for any
reason and signs off on the release of liability, Levetec will NOT be
held responsible for any of the damages.
Return
Policy:
We stand behind the integrity and durability of our products,
however, in the event of a return prompt communication will enable us to
find a solution. The following are our guidelines:
- Returns will be accepted within 14 days from from invoice date.
- Returns must be in new condition, in their original packaging and
be approved by Levetec with an issued Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
Number.
- Authorized returns must be received within twenty (14) business
days from issued RGA.
- All return shipments must be prepaid to ICS, clearly marked with
the issued RGA number on the outside of the shipping container, the
completed RGA form included which includes your company name,
address, telephone number, copy of invoice, and a brief description
of the requested return.
- Product returned without a valid RGA number will not be accepted
and will be returned to the shipper.
- All returned items are subject to inspection to insure that the
product has not been used or misused prior to processing and issuing
credit. Those that are in un-sellable condition, no longer
wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts, your ordered the wrong
product or special orders will not be refunded.
- Returns shipped via LTL, whether it be free shipment or paid by
customer will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Refused Shipments:
- If you refuse your order you will be charged the original cost of
shipping. If you received free shipping the corresponding
shipping charge will be charge plus the cost or return shipping.
- Free shipping only applies when the product is retained or if we
sent the wrong product or made some an error on shipping your
product.
Cancelled Orders:
If we are not able to cancel an order before it ships you may still
return the order however, you will be responsible for the cost of the
shipping as well as the return shipping charges.
Warranty Policy:
All New Avenger machines and dust extractors are guaranteed to be free of
defects of materials and workmanship under normal use and under regular
basic maintenance (i.e. with the machines the oil is change every 1000
hours of operation after the first oil change which is 500 hours).
The Levetec Warranty is active for a period of 24 months beginning from
the date specified on the customer’s invoice containing the machine in
question as a line item. Your
original invoice is proof of your machine’s warranty. Diamond
tools have no long term warranties, but will be replaced or repaired if
delivered in a defective state. The warranty is limited to
replacement of parts only, no labor charges will be paid unless agreed
too prior to sale. All machines will be repaired including parts
and labor if deemed under warranty and returned to LEVETEC in Redmond,
WA, USA. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of
LEVETEC, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling,
storage, accident, abuse, misuse or tampering, used or maintained in a
manner not conforming to product manual instructions, modified in any
way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced. Repair by
anyone other than Levetec or an approved agent will void the
warranty. The maximum liability of LEVETEC under this warranty is
limited to replacement of the product covered by the warranty.
Liability:
Except as specifically provided in this agreement or as required by
law, the warranties and remedies stated above are exclusive and in lieu
of all others, oral or written, express or implied. Any and all
other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third party
rights are expressly excluded. Levetec shall not under any
circumstances be liable to any person for any special, incidental,
indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages
resulting from use or malfunction of the products, loss of profits or
revenues or costs of replacement goods, even if LEVETEC is informed in
advance of the possibility of such damages.
